The Black Brigades were a military body of the Italian Social Republic, which operated in northern Italy after the 'infamous armistice of 8 September 1943.

Article 1 The military-political structure of the party turns into a military organization and is the auxiliary body of the Action Teams of the Blackshirts. Article 2 The

Article 4 The body will be subjected to military discipline and the Military Criminal Code of wartime.
